Learning Form III

Artemis walked in the training room. He had a holocron that contained Form III, a highly defensive form. Via used a highly offensive form, which according to holocrons was form VII. Artemis thought learning a defensive form would give him a good chance in the rematch when there stronger. He placed the holocron on the floor and activated it. A full sized holographic humanoid appeared form the holocron.

"Form III is a highly defensive form. This form makes it so that you leave little space open to attack." said the holograph. It then started step by step instruction on how to use the form.

Artemis copied what the holograph was doing. It was harder then it looked but Artemis tried his best to keep with it. So the training begins. thought Artemis

Artemis was starting to get the hang of it after a few hours. He had 10 training droids firing at him at once and finally after two hours he was getting the hang of it. He still got hit a lot less. But there at the lowest level. Using a remote be put them on the level the holograph recommended. Bolts fire at him twice as fast. He block some of the bolt but got hit a lot. Maybe this is not as easy as i thought. thought Artemis.

Hours after he first started Artemis was sweating and sore. The bolts form the training droids don't hurt unless you get hit in the same spot a lot. Which in training this form started a lot. By know he was blocking almost all the shots. Only ever other shot was starting to get through. According to the hologram that is what the novice level should be like. He set a timer for ten minutes. He wanted to see how many we could block in that time. Ten minutes later he looked at the count.

Blocked: 175/200

Deflected from blocking: 17/200

Times Hit: 25/200

Artemis was happy with the results. He wasn't trying to deflect them so that 17 was like a bonus to him.
